At Butterfly, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all furniture and decor. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit for your sanctuary, we are here to help facilitate a smooth return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original Butterfly boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
